About The Position

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Professional in Doylestown, PA to support multiple projects at a pharmaceutical facility in West Point, PA. This individual will provide field safety oversight for multiple subcontractors and concurrent construction activities. Requirements

OSHA 30 required
Strong construction safety experience
Experience overseeing multiple subcontractors and concurrent activities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to confidently address unsafe behaviors and enforce site requirements

Nice To Haves

Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day safety oversight of subcontractors and construction activities
Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and behaviors
Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and site-specific safety requirements
Review JHAs, pre-task plans, and other safety documentation
Monitor multiple subcontractors and work activities simultaneously
Address unsafe behaviors and ensure subcontractors follow proper safety guidelines
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and project coordination meetings
Maintain a strong field presence and communicate effectively with project teams
