About The Position

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Professional in Doylestown, PA to support multiple projects at a pharmaceutical facility in West Point, PA. This individual will provide field safety oversight for multiple subcontractors and concurrent construction activities. Requirements

  • OSHA 30 required
  • Strong construction safety experience
  • Experience overseeing multiple subcontractors and concurrent activities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to confidently address unsafe behaviors and enforce site requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Local candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day safety oversight of subcontractors and construction activities
  • Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and behaviors
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and site-specific safety requirements
  • Review JHAs, pre-task plans, and other safety documentation
  • Monitor multiple subcontractors and work activities simultaneously
  • Address unsafe behaviors and ensure subcontractors follow proper safety guidelines
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and project coordination meetings
  • Maintain a strong field presence and communicate effectively with project teams
