Requirements
- OSHA 30 (Required)
- 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)
- Strong communication and field leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Electrical construction experience is a plus
- Data center experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety observations throughout the jobsite
- Perform regular field inspections and document findings
- Maintain a strong boots-on-the-ground presence with crews
- Identify hazards and support corrective actions
- Promote compliance with site safety requirements
- Work closely with field supervision to reinforce safe work practices
- Help develop and maintain a proactive safety culture
