About The Position
This position will be responsible for performing tasks related to the collection, tracking, and utilization of household information required for the USDA Child Nutrition Programs. National Heritage Academies (NHA) partners with communities to build and operate public charter schools. Founded in 1995, today NHA serves over 100 schools in nine states, with more than 65,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years administrative work, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers, vendors, and personnel
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Responsibilities
- Process meal applications from families
- Respond to email and voicemail inquiries from schools and families
- Follow up on incomplete applications with schools and families
- Additional duties as assigned
