About The Position
U.S. Compliance is seeking experienced and motivated Construction Safety Professionals to join their national team as temporary employees. This role involves supporting large-scale construction projects, including Data Centers, AI facilities, and Distribution Centers, by providing on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about protecting people, ensuring compliance, and who enjoy traveling to major construction projects across the country.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction safety experience with a CHST (or higher) or 5+ years of construction safety experience without a certification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction (within the last 5 years)
- Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
- Ability to lead training, communicate effectively, and engage crews
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- CHST, SMP, ASP or CSP certification
- Experience on Data Center, AI, or Distribution projects
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support for large-scale construction projects.
- Support projects including Data Centers, AI facilities, and Distribution Centers.
- Lead training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with crews.
- Engage crews in safety practices.
