About The Position

HTM Contractors, Inc. is hiring a Safety & Field Compliance Officer in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time, onsite and field-based position works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role supports safety across HTM’s service divisions and crews, including by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments and field inspections, enforcing standards, reporting findings, and investigating incidents. The work is outdoors and involves travel among multiple worksites. The officer should be comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Safety Officer experience is a plus.
• OSHA-certified training.
• Traffic control training.
• Commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Consent to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 80 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
