The Safety and Health Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of programs and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to Safety & Health. This role involves establishing goals for the Safety & Health program, conducting audits, communicating effectively with management, and developing and conducting training programs. The coordinator will also conduct incident investigations, develop corrective actions, perform statistical analysis, and collaborate with security guards to ensure facility security. Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts is required.
