Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry. About The Role: We are currently seeking a Field Safety Technician in Midland, Texas. The Field Safety Technician is responsible for supporting and promoting a strong safety culture across field operations, working directly with employees, supervisors, and operational teams. This role ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards by coordinating training, conducting field and site inspections, and assisting with incident investigations. The Field Safety Technician works closely with management and employees to reduce risk, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe and productive work environment in field-based settings.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have a clean driving record, which generally means: o No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months. o No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
High school education or equivalent experience required

Nice To Haves

H2S Certification
Oil & Gas field experience
Comfortable spending most of the workday in active field environments, including outdoor locations and customer or job sites.

Responsibilities

Assists with the implementation of EHS programs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Spend the majority of time in the field observing work practices, engaging with crews, identifying safety risks, and reinforcing safe behaviors.
Conduct regular field and facility inspections to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate safety training sessions to promote awareness and safe work practices.
Maintain accurate records of safety meetings, training, incidents, and inspections.
Assist in investigating workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries; document findings and recommend preventive measures.
Serve as the first point of contact for safety-related questions and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).
