The Safety and Security Coordinator helps ensure a safe, compliant work environment by managing occupational safety protocols and emergency preparedness, as well as physical security measures, to mitigate financial impact and support staff and residents. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting risk assessments, implementing safety trainings, overseeing CCTV systems, and supporting emergency response planning, as well as investigating incidents, maintaining security systems, and acting as a liaison with law enforcement to prevent, detect, and respond to threats. The Safety Coordinator provides support and back up to the Site Safety & Security Manager in addressing and responding to portfolio security incidents.
