About The Position

The Safety Compliance Coordinator supports the company's QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) programs while maintaining asset and inventory records for field-deployed equipment. This role works closely with QHSE, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, operational readiness, asset accountability, and accurate documentation across field operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in QHSE administration, oilfield operations support, asset management, inventory control, equipment rental operations, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of field safety practices, OSHA/DOT requirements, hazard recognition, incident reporting, and compliance programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, digital recordkeeping, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to utilize mobile devices and digital field documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations.
  • Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or relevant oilfield experience preferred.
  • Experience with equipment tracking, inventory management, and asset documentation preferred.
  • Familiarity with QHSE software, compliance portals, CMMS, ERP, asset management, and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily QHSE administration, compliance activities, and operational follow-up.
  • Maintain safety records, training documentation, JSAs, incident reports, corrective actions, and audit-related documentation.
  • Assist with incident investigations, customer compliance requests, vendor portal updates, and audit preparation.
  • Coordinate with field personnel to ensure required safety documentation, certifications, and training records remain current.
  • Conduct periodic field visits to perform safety observations, asset verification, inventory checks, and operational reviews.
  • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records, including equipment locations, status, deployments, transfers, and customer assignments.
  • Support equipment mobilization, demobilization, inventory reconciliation, and asset tracking activities.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to document equipment condition, repairs, readiness status, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain records within spreadsheets, asset management systems, CMMS, ERP platforms, and company databases.
  • Provide timely updates and reporting on safety, compliance, asset status, and operational activities.
  • Travel approximately once per month to field locations in the Permian Basin and/or Bakken regions, or as business needs require.
  • Other duties as assigned.
