About The Position
The primary function of this position is to assist drivers and the company in maintaining compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Exceptional data-entry and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent in using various computer programs and internet-based sites.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Suite programs.
- Able to aid with special projects as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language and/or other non-English language skills is a plus+
- Knowledge of Federal and State DOT Trucking Registrations, Licensing, Compliance Reports, is a plus+
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and assist with questions drivers, agents, or other departments might have.
- Performs daily updates and reviews of driver qualification files for accuracy and compliance.
- Performs data entry for various software programs.
