About The Position

We are seeking a Safety & Wellness Coordinator who takes this responsibility seriously and wants to make a visible, meaningful impact. This role involves working alongside employees and leaders to solve problems, reduce risk, and strengthen a culture where safety and wellness are part of everyday work. The role leads efforts that integrate workplace safety, injury prevention, and employee wellness. Responsibilities include managing workers' compensation claims and injury reporting, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting employees through return-to-work processes. Additionally, the role coordinates wellness initiatives to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The position also involves using data to track injury trends, claims, and participation to identify areas for improvement and partnering with leaders to implement changes. Every improvement contributes to a safer workplace and a stronger organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, Safety, HR, Human Services, or related field or equivalent certification (RN, LPN, PT, Safety Professional, Health Coach, etc.)
  • Five+ years of experience in safety, wellness, HR, or workers' compensation
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting (including 300, 300A, 301 logs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable presenting and working with employees at all levels
  • Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities
