About The Position

Safety is not a department at TDA AGH — it is a culture. As Safety and Security Manager, you play a hands-on role in supporting and sustaining that culture at the station level. Working closely with station management and the TDA Safety team, you will help monitor safety compliance, support incident reporting and investigations, coordinate safety training, and serve as a visible, approachable safety resource for frontline teams. You will be responsible for a region of stations and travel as needed to support multiple operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about keeping people safe. You do not need to have all the answers — but you do need to ask the right questions, follow through on every action item, and consistently model the safety-first behaviors TDA expects of everyone on the team.
