About The Position
CORE Industrial Services LP is a non-union, heavy equipment, industrial construction and maintenance company scalable to larger project size and scope. It is a part of the SECON Group of Companies. CORE Industrial Services LP takes great pride in providing a safe and rewarding work environment for our employees. Reporting to the Corporate Safety Manager and Underground Manager, this position will support the Safety department through onboarding coordination, safety administration, and completing general data entry and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Effective self-managing, good problem-solving skills, planning, organizing and priority setting skills combined with a strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be open and flexible to change, take initiative and be a team player
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Pre-employment medical exam and drug test will be required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day safety administration
- Support employee onboarding process and review new hire packages for completion
- Maintain and update employee information in Alert Enterprise and Site Docs
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate employee and safety records
- Provide general administrative support as required
