About The Position

Pool staff at Boley's Pinellas Safe Haven facility document services provided to residents per individualized Service Implementation Plans and maintains a safe and secure residential environment by performing security checks, bed checks and crisis interventions. Pool Staff are on-call staff who backup employees to by work available shifts to fill gaps in schedules to ensure adequate coverage at Morningside Safe Haven, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This role is ideal for students, retirees, and anyone looking to earn additional income. Schedules are posted every 2 weeks on When to Work (Boley's online platform), and staff select which shifts they are available to work. Shifts include 7 am - 3 pm (1st shift), 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd shift) or 11 pm - 7 am (3rd shift). Pool staff are expected to work at least one shift every month, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. Pool staff will receive at least one week of paid onsite training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Pass a Level 2 background check
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Valid Florida driver’s license (if working first or second shifts)
