About The Position

Our Sacramento office is continuing to grow and we are looking for strong associate candidates with experience. We are currently looking to hire an Associate attorney with between 3-7 years of experience handling labor and employment law matters in California. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a starting salary will range from $170,000 to $250,000 depending on experience. The attorney(s) that fill this position will be responsible for working directly with private sector employer clients to provide advice and counsel on personnel matters and handle high-stakes employment litigation (court and arbitration), as well as representation in administrative matters before state and federal government agencies.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in representing private sector employers in labor and employment matters in California
  • Highly motivated
  • Possess excellent writing, analytical, and people skills
  • Value a team environment
  • Prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities
  • Juris Doctor with a strong academic record
  • Licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state of California
