About The Position

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in SaaS sales and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to drive inbound and outbound sales remotely. You’ll take charge of prospecting, conducting sales demo calls, and closing deals for a growing tech company that provides software solutions to insurance businesses. This is a full-time, remote position with significant performance-based earning potential.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Clear, professional telephone presence
  • Advanced computer literacy and strong CRM administration skills
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours

Nice To Haves

  • Based in South Africa (other English-speaking regions also considered)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger, Meta Ads)
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
  • Deliver compelling software demos and sales presentations
  • Manage and maintain CRM records with accuracy
  • Follow up with leads via multiple channels (email, phone, social platforms)
  • Help support and track marketing campaigns and ad performance
  • Work collaboratively with the internal client success and admin teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
