RPX is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for its B2B SaaS platform and support channel marketing for its membership and transactional businesses. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product and collaborates with the Head of Marketing. The Product Marketing Manager will translate product strategy into positioning, messaging, launches, commercial enablement, and go-to-market programs. This is a hands-on role for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer who can manage the entire process from strategy to execution, partnering with the Product team to drive customer and commercial value. The role involves translating product strategy into clear, differentiated messaging by incorporating customer research, win/loss evidence, product usage insights, and market signals. It also includes supporting buyer and segment clarity by refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, use cases, and buyer-journey assumptions. The Product Marketing Manager will execute launch processes for new features, drive commercial enablement by creating sales collateral and training, and act as the voice of the market by gathering customer and market feedback to inform product decisions. Additionally, the role will own the digital go-to-market motion for both the Empower platform and RPX’s membership business, developing and executing digital programs such as website messaging, SEO, content marketing, email nurture, webinars, and paid campaigns. Measuring the impact of go-to-market strategies through defined success metrics and reporting on pipeline influence, product adoption, conversion, win rate, customer engagement, and renewal/expansion signals is also a key responsibility. As the first dedicated product marketing and GTM hire, this individual will build programs and identify areas for scaling, systematization, or outsourcing.
