About The Position

Etactics is a leading revenue cycle solutions provider offering innovative SaaS tools that improve our clients’ financial performance, compliance posture, and customer engagement. We serve healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries with modern, secure, and scalable platforms. Our mission is to simplify complex workflows—making our clients’ operations smarter, faster, and more efficient. As a Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more modules of our SaaS platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and leadership to build solutions that scale, delight users, and drive business impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to define requirements and deliver B2B or B2C software products at scale.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
  • Technical fluency to work closely with engineers (e.g., API, cloud, integrations).
  • Familiarity with user research, UX/UI principles, and SaaS monetization models.
  • Experience launching mobile apps or platform products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable requirements.
  • Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering to manage sprint planning and prioritization.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure feature adoption, usability, and ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
  • Lead discovery, user testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve product-market fit.
  • Support compliance and security alignment (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc., if relevant).
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to train, launch, and evangelize new features.
