The primary function of this position is to ensure the proper implementation of customer contracts within the SAP environment. The Specialist position will be responsible for the setup, closure, and partnership of customer accounts along with the execution of their contractual pricing. This role involves reviewing submitted documents for implementation in SAP and other applicable Airgas environments, collaborating with subject matter experts to establish implementation timelines and documentation, and researching existing customer accounts to determine necessary changes. The specialist will clearly identify all required terms and conditions relative to the legal structure of the signed contract that coincide with SAP, create and develop a pricing plan to load in SAP, and identify and communicate concerns and technical issues regarding customer rollout implementation to internal customers for timely resolution. The role also includes performing post-load audits of pricing, account partnerships, and customer master data, coordinating and communicating key data points with internal and external stakeholders, tracking and updating applicable reports and databases, promoting best practices within the SA Business Management Team, developing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders, and undertaking special projects as assigned by SA Manager(s).
