The primary function of this position is to ensure the proper implementation of customer contracts within the SAP environment. The Specialist position will be responsible for the setup, closure, and partnership of customer accounts along with the execution of their contractual pricing. This role involves reviewing submitted documents for implementation in SAP, collaborating with subject matter experts to establish timelines and documentation, researching existing customer accounts, creating pricing plans, identifying and communicating concerns, performing post-load audits, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Specialist will also track reports, promote best practices, maintain stakeholder relationships, and assist with special projects.
