About The Position

The S&T Supervisor (Safety and/or Training) leads site-level safety and training programs and serves as acting leader in the absence of the Operations Supervisor or Superintendent. This role ensures compliance with regulatory, client, and company safety standards through proactive oversight and documentation management. The supervisor develops and maintains safety procedures, training materials, and site-specific compliance programs. Responsibilities include conducting employee onboarding, safety meetings, and field-level coaching to reinforce safe work practices, as well as providing regulatory interpretation and guidance to site and corporate leadership. The role also involves investigating incidents, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Hear and have good vision
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
• Work may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
• Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
• Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
• Carry 20 pounds while walking
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Stand 8-12 hours per day
• Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting

• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
