The S&T Coordinator (Safety and/or Training) leads site-level safety and training programs and serves as acting leader in the absence of the Operations Supervisor or Superintendent. This role ensures compliance with regulatory, client, and company safety standards through proactive oversight and documentation management. The coordinator develops and maintains safety procedures, training materials, and site-specific compliance programs. Responsibilities include conducting employee onboarding, safety meetings, and field-level coaching to reinforce safe work practices, providing regulatory interpretation and guidance to site and corporate leadership, investigating incidents, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves completing any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
