The role of the Customer Success Partner is to serve as the key connection point between Evio and its customers, ensuring that insights are relevant, adopted, and delivering real impact. This involves working closely with health plans to solicit and shape research priorities, guide implementation of insights, and measure the value created, directly influencing how customers apply evidence to improve care and affordability.
