Decagon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to build, scale, and oversee our Strategic Sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Strategic Sales leaders, ensuring they consistently exceed targets and drive durable revenue growth. You will partner closely with the CRO and cross-functional leadership to set strategy, establish operating rigor, and evolve our enterprise GTM motion as we scale. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting team strategy around operations, revenue growth, and ensuring the team’s success.
