About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a RVP, Strategic Account Management in Canada. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of enterprise account managers, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic expansion across major accounts. You will coach your team to develop multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments while leveraging AI tools and modern selling motions. You will define repeatable playbooks, implement scalable enablement programs, and use data-driven insights to prioritize accounts, optimize pipeline, and forecast accurately. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic account strategies, influence customer outcomes, and drive measurable business impact. Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with consistent success in exceeding revenue targets and driving customer retention
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate customer initiatives into revenue opportunities
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in complex enterprise environments
  • AI fluency and familiarity with multi-product enterprise solutions, including data, software, marketing, and talent platforms
  • Proven track record of navigating partnership ecosystems and co-sell opportunities with technology partners
  • Exceptional communication and enablement skills for executive audiences, including building playbooks, conducting QBRs, and coaching reps
  • Execution discipline, resilience, and ability to lead through change while maintaining team performance and morale

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of enterprise account managers to consistently achieve revenue quotas, retention, and expansion goals
  • Build executive-level relationships across customer organizations and guide teams to multi-thread strategically with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement repeatable playbooks, QBR frameworks, and enablement programs that drive accountability, pipeline velocity, and risk mitigation
  • Drive modern selling motions by helping teams uncover business challenges, align solutions to strategic initiatives, and expand into non-traditional GTM personas
  • Leverage AI tools, CRM analytics, intent signals, and customer health metrics for data-driven decision-making on account prioritization and resource allocation
  • Navigate co-sell and partnership ecosystems with major technology partners to embed solutions into customer workflows
  • Establish a coaching culture focused on continuous improvement, performance accountability, and measurable business outcomes
