Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Vice President to join our Americas Sales team. This role is based in major US markets and offers hybrid work flexibility, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales. In this role, you will drive regional revenue growth and lead an ambitious sales organization, with travel required to engage directly with teams, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing 1st-line leaders
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong expertise in sales methodologies, territory planning, and resource allocation

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to attract and retain top-performing sales professionals
  • Experience with SaaS business models, particularly in enterprise security
  • A track record of driving organizational change and scaling processes effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to achieve revenue goals while fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture
  • Develop and execute outbound pipeline strategies and sales programs in collaboration with Corporate Sales
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Engage with partners to identify opportunities that enable channel velocity and team success
  • Monitor team performance, ensure alignment with Zscaler’s core values, and identify training and development opportunities to promote upward mobility
