We’re looking for RV Technicians that have experience in areas such as electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, construction, appliance repair, or general handyman work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Whether you already have RV experience or come from a skilled trades background, we want motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to doing quality work the right way.

Requirements

RV, automotive, diesel, marine, or related mechanical experience is valued
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Basic computer and communication skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on RV systems and components
Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Inspect units and identify recommended repairs
Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Participate in manufacturer and company training programs
Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs
Install RV accessories and components
Deliver high-quality workmanship that creates exceptional customer experiences
