About The Position

Dillon Auto Group is seeking an RV Technician in Boise, Idaho. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of travel trailers and motorized RVs, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. The role calls for strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. The technician performs routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, follows manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines, communicates with customers and team members, maintains accurate service and parts records, and participates in ongoing training on RV technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical or technician role.
Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and engine systems.
Ability to diagnose complex issues and provide effective repairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Technical or trade school certification.
