This is a seasonal part-time position from May to October 30th, based on business needs, with the possibility of contract extension. Requirements

Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service.
Valid in-state driver's license.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles (due to insurance requirements).
Must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record.
Successfully pass a background check.
Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of campers, ensuring they are shiny, safe, and fully operational.
Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians.
Explain and put a smile on customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper.
Manage payment processes, check in rental payments, and collect security deposits.
Support the station team with all daily tasks to ensure happy customers leave the station.
Work hand in hand with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Be a self-starter and know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done.
