About The Position

This is a seasonal part-time position from May to November, based on business needs, with the possibility of contract extension. The role involves leading and performing exterior and interior cleaning of campers to ensure they are shiny, safe, and fully operational. It also includes conducting vehicle inspections, reporting issues, safely operating company vehicles within the station lot, explaining services to customers, managing payment processes, and supporting the station team with daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a hands-on approach to get the job done.

Requirements

Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service.
Valid in state driver's license.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age (due to insurance requirements for operating company vehicles).
Candidates must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record.
Successfully pass a background check.
Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs+

Responsibilities

Lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure.
Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians.
Explain and put a smile on our customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
Manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits.
Support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy.
Work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Be a self-starter and know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done.
