Requirements

Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service.
Valid in-state driver's license.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles (due to insurance requirements).
Must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record.
Successfully pass a background check.
Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of campers, ensuring they are shiny, safe, fully operational, and ready for adventure.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify and report visible or observable issues, ensuring safety and readiness.
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians.
Explain and ensure customer satisfaction during camper pick-up and return, making their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
Manage payment processes, check in rental payments, and collect security deposits.
Support the station team with all daily tasks to ensure happy customers leave the station.
Work closely with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Be a self-starter and demonstrate a hands-on mentality to get the job done.
