About The Position
Seattle Airstream Adventures, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a meticulous RV Service Technician for their expanded shop in Milton, WA. They offer a positive company culture, ample work, solid training, growth opportunities, and a bonus program. The shop features 17 climate-controlled indoor bays. The role involves diagnosing and repairing failed components, performing pre-delivery inspections, and participating in continuing education programs.
Requirements
- Experience in any related skilled trade (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar).
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience preferred.
- RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues and repair failed components.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections.
- Regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our own 5-Rivet program.
