We are dedicated to our employees and customers and are seeking an RV Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves greeting clients, understanding their RV servicing needs, transforming concerns into work orders, communicating with customers, participating in training, building customer relationships, ensuring quality control, and advocating for customer satisfaction. You will also oversee and manage all warranty claims.

Requirements

Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer programs to keep things running smoothly.
High school diploma or higher required.
Basic math for billing and payments.
A valid driver's license is essential.
Eager to learn and support team dynamics.

Responsibilities

Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.
Assist customers in understanding their RV & motorhome servicing needs.
Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued.
Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.
Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.
Ensure all RV & Motorhome work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI).
Oversee and manage all warranty claims, including accurate processing, documentation, and timely submission to ensure compliance and reimbursement.
