RV Service Advisor
About The Position
Fraserway RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Airdrie team. This role involves assisting customers with the service and repair process, acting as a liaison between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will work closely with technicians, warranty advisors, and service staff to ensure efficient repairs and an exceptional customer experience. This opportunity is suitable for individuals with experience in RV, automotive, powersports, heavy equipment, marine, trucking, or other service-related industries, offering a chance to grow within Canada's largest RV dealership.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, customer-focused approach to service
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and technicians

- Coordinating with technicians, warranty advisors, and parts staff
- Reviewing completed repairs and performing quality control checks
- Closing repair orders and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Building positive relationships with customers through professional and timely communication
