About The Position

We are an established, third-generation, family-owned RV dealership seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our onsite sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in a consultative sales environment and is looking for strong commission potential with a stable, reputable company.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience required (automotive, RV, real estate, or other high-ticket sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working onsite, including weekends
  • Professional appearance and customer-first approach
  • Experience working in a commission-based compensation structure

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the RV buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale
  • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend the right RV solutions
  • Maintain product knowledge across new and pre-owned inventory
  • Follow up with leads and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with management and support teams to successfully close deals
  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
