About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring a driven Sales Associate to manage the full sales process, from first customer interaction through final delivery and post-sale follow-up. The role engages customers online, by phone, through social media, and in person, helping them select and purchase an RV while delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential; the stated average compensation is $150,000–$270,000. Paid training is provided for the first four weeks. The role includes a five-day work week, and candidates must be willing to work weekends.

Requirements

Be driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
Engage customers through phone, internet, and social media channels.
Use CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up on leads.
Develop strong product knowledge and confidently present solutions.
Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
Work effectively with Sales Managers and F&I partners.
Have strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Bring a positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic.
Be willing to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working in a commission-based pay structure.
Experience using CRM systems to manage a pipeline and follow-ups.
Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool.
