About The Position

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world's largest powersport auction and remarketing company. This is a lead position responsible for supervising the production of a small team of employees focused on verifying the condition of specialty units (RV, Marine, Golf Car, non-standard Powersport vehicles) received into the facility. Responsibilities include managing warehouse inventory, placement of titled and non-titled units safely and responsibly, and meeting inspection deadlines to satisfy contractual obligations. The role requires creating damage estimates, verifying recon work, pulling production reports, and maintaining accuracy with NPA's condition report guidelines for specialty vehicles. This position may require overtime.

Requirements

  • Experience leading others in efficient time-sensitive production environments.
  • Qualified to create inspections on RV, Camper Trailers, Marine (Including Boats and Personal Watercraft) and Golf Carts as needed.
  • Proficient in CR definitions in all categories.
  • Ability to check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS.
  • Ability to verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
  • Ability to enter the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
  • Ability to perform Compression tests and Flush tests as needed.
  • Ability to check all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
  • Ability to tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
  • Ability to perform auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
  • Ability to review past CR’S and QC as needed.
  • Ability to verify Specialty Vehicle representation prior to sale and numbering.
  • Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule.
  • Be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
  • Company equipment and computers must be used for company purposes only.
  • Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose.
  • Dress appropriately to your job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse).
  • Pick up after yourself.
  • Keep your work area neat and clean.
  • Always ask questions if you are unsure.
  • Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift.
  • Always return company equipment before end of shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with moving and working with RV/Marine inventory a plus.
  • RV, Camper, Marine, Boat Technician, Tech and Repair Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility.
  • Responsible for warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units.
  • Performing duties safely and responsibly.
  • Scanning out vehicles during auction and delivery process on the day of auction.
  • Helping Dealers and other Employees as needed.
  • Managing all Specialty Inventory.
  • Meeting inspection deadlines and goals to satisfy contractual obligations.
  • Creating Damage Estimates for Clients as necessary.
  • Verification of any Recon work needs and follow-up.
  • Pulling daily production reports.
  • Maintaining the highest level of accuracy and consistency with current company objectives related to current RV, Marine, Golf Car or Other Specialty Vehicle CR (Condition Report) guidelines.
  • Checking the mechanical condition of each vehicle and reporting as necessary into AMS.
