The Membership Advisor role involves changing lives, providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests, getting them excited about reaching their fitness goals, utilizing sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals, creating an energetic and friendly environment, educating new members on membership types, features and amenities, delivering an extraordinary Edge member experience, and creating excitement and interest for the clubs with prospects over the phone and in person.

Requirements

Energy & Enthusiasm
A Passion for Fitness
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month
A "roll up the sleeves" mentality
Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals

Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
Utilize your sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
Create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
Share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities
Deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience, hellos and goodbyes are a must
Create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
