About The Position

Working under the supervision of the Director of Facilities Management and Transportation Coordinator, the RV Driver will follow varying schedules to provide RV use and security for Health Partners Plans events. The RV driver will work closely with Community Relations, Marketing and Medicare, as well as the Director of Facilities Management, to update on schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 years driving large vehicles
• Knowledge of communities served by Health Partners Plans within PA, NJ, and Delaware
• Able to work well with others
• Proven ability to work within diverse populations
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Able to lift 50 pounds routinely
• Clean driving record
• DL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• During events/activities, assists Community Engagement with set up.
• Checks gas, oil, and tires on a regular basis.
• Cleans vehicle as necessary and works with the Transportation Coordinator in keeping up with all routine maintenance and maintaining a log of all repairs.
• Assists departments when the RV is needed for events.
• Responsible for the safety and security of HPP staff and vehicles.
• Acts as backup to the Transportation Coordinator with Driver/Courier duties.
• Assists the Director of Facilities as needed when not scheduled for any events with the recreational vehicle.
• Assists with special projects assigned by the Director of Facilities.
• Works with the Transportation Coordinator on the biannual Fixed Asset Report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
