About The Position

Holiday World is hiring a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Make Ready Technician/Auto Detailer to prepare and detail vehicles for delivery. The role supports the make-ready and detailing team, coordinates with Sales and Service to facilitate on-time deliveries, and helps ensure vehicles meet quality standards before being brought to the frontline. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, and one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds and required vision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist other make-ready and detail technicians.
• Order and inventory make-ready supplies.
• Act as a liaison between department staff and Sales Managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Detail clients’ vehicles as needed.
• Follow dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Note damage and notify Service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours.
• Perform quality control inspections of vehicles before they are brought to the frontline.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Attend department meetings.
