About The Position

We are seeking two additional wash pad team members for our busy family-owned business. This position involves thoroughly cleaning new and used inventory upon arrival, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of units on the lot and in the showroom, and meticulously cleaning sold boats and RVs before delivery. Additional duties may include applying protective sealants, washing customer vehicles, cleaning company loaner cars and sales team golf carts. Team members may also have the opportunity to work offsite a few times a year, setting up and cleaning RV and boat shows. This role is seasonal, running through September and potentially October, with the possibility of becoming a year-round position.

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for operating cleaning tools and equipment.
Balance and care when working around vehicles, boats, and RVs.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with the tools and agents used to clean homes and vehicles.
Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of inventory on the lot.
Thoroughly clean sold boats, RVs, and vehicles inside and out before delivery to customers.
Wash customer tow vehicles as needed.
Follow dealership policy to ensure client vehicles are handled with care and operated safely.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, air hoses, vacuums, and brushes to meet standards.
Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products to maintain the quality of inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
