About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a Russian teacher for a client in Windsor, Canada. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general Russian course for a beginner student aged 56-64. The course will consist of 30 total hours, with two-hour sessions scheduled twice per week (Mondays and Fridays) during July 2026. Mondays are available after 5 pm, and Fridays are flexible. The lessons will take place at a public location or the client's home in Windsor (N9A 6T7). The student's motivation is general knowledge and culture. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable.
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 30 km of Windsor (N9A 6T7).
- Availability for lessons on Mondays after 5 pm and Fridays any time during July 2026.
- Ability to provide CV with references.
- Ability to provide availability and earliest possible start date.
