Requirements
- Fluent Russian and advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency
- Tech-curious and eager to stay on top of the latest innovations
- Customer-oriented, with prior experience as a strong advantage
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Empathetic by nature, with a genuine passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Be the middle point in order to support communication
- Deal with queries
- Provide live translation
- Maintain a high level of quality in your interactions with customers
