Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Project Director to lead large-scale organizational initiatives that advance behavioral healthcare transformation, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. The role involves providing leadership and oversight for RHT initiatives, overseeing grant-funded projects, and managing the full grant lifecycle. The Project Director will serve as the primary liaison with state and federal partners and community stakeholders, lead efforts associated with CCBHC recertification and regulatory initiatives, and monitor project outcomes. Additionally, the role requires strengthening collaborative relationships with community partners and supporting workforce development and organizational change management.
