What You’ll Do As the Rural Health Transformation Project Coordinator embedded within IDHS EMS, you will support the coordination of EMS-focused activities, ensuring that emergency medical services across rural Indiana are prepared to handle pediatric and obstetric emergencies. You will manage project documentation, coordinate across teams, track deliverables, and support the logistics of training events and readiness assessments. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environment. Requirements What You Bring 4+ years of experience in project coordination, EMS, healthcare coordination, public health, or government program support Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across agencies Familiarity with Indiana’s rural healthcare and EMS systems preferred Experience supporting government programs or grant-funded initiatives preferred At CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
