The Director of Rural Health Transformation provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational direction for large-scale organizational initiatives, including federally funded projects and system transformation efforts. This full-time, salaried leadership position (40 hours per week) is responsible for planning, implementation, performance monitoring, sustainability planning, and continuous quality improvement associated with Rural Health Transformation initiatives, including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) certification. This position is considered exempt in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and reports directly to the Vice President of Quality and Compliance.
