About The Position

The Runner is responsible for delivering food and equipment to various locations within the convention center, including kiosks, stands, and dining rooms, in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. This role ensures that all necessary items are in place for events and adheres to strict sanitation and safety principles. The Runner also plays a part in maintaining company service standards through interaction with co-workers and completing assigned side work.

Requirements

• Must be able to deliver food and equipment.
• Must be able to place equipment for pre-event setup.
• Must follow principles of sanitation and safety.
• Must be able to interact with co-workers.
• Must be able to complete side work.
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a food service or convention center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and necessary items to stands/kiosks/dining room.
• Place equipment as part of pre event setup.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
