Casago Desert to Coast is seeking a hands-on, dependable Runner to join their team in Tucson, AZ. This part-time role is responsible for ensuring a portfolio of vacation rental properties in the greater Tucson area are guest-ready and well-maintained according to company standards. The Runner will support operations by preparing homes for guest arrivals and departures, assisting housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring properties meet quality standards. This position involves frequent travel between properties to deliver supplies, assist guests, run errands, and provide operational support. The role also includes ordering, maintaining, and replenishing supplies, performing basic maintenance tasks such as appliance and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, hot tub cleaning, and light repairs, and supporting housekeeping duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and familiarity with the Tucson area are required. Key attributes include an owner- and guest-first mindset, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and accountability. The work environment includes availability on weekends, frequent travel, and potential for indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), and bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
