Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) who will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the Material Delivery Services. Tasks include Preparing Commercial and Government deliveries for operations and engineering materials/services. Material Delivery Services is responsible for making sure deliveries are processed accurately and on time. The selected candidate will be required to prepare and process APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) delivery requests. The day-to-day responsibilities listed below are necessary to meet program needs and schedule requirements.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent.
  • US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Contracts, and WAWF.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer need and contract due date.
  • Utilize APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
  • Utilize RMD/Govt Contracts to execute DD250.
  • Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250’s.
  • Understand the requirements in DFARS Appendix F.
  • Participate in Program meetings regarding DD250 execution.
  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
