About The Position

Starting your career as a Greeter could be just for you! The Runner role is an entry level opportunity to learn the ins and outs of dealership operations! The Runner will report to the Service Drive Lane Manager and is an onsite position. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service
• 1 year or more of driving
• Work with different departments and clients
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• We are a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Driving is 80% of the role, involving safely greeting clients and moving their vehicles to and from designated areas with care.
• Welcome and escort clients to the appropriate department or area, ensuring a warm introduction to our services.
• Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the appropriate personnel, ensuring the team is fully informed and prepared to deliver the highest level of service.
• Maintain, clean, and restock client refreshment stations and waiting areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment at all times.
